How to access the gallery
I’ve organised the photos into an album for each club. Those swimmers who weren’t wearing a club swimming cap during the warm-ups are in an ‘unknown swimmers’ folder. I’ve used the event list to put those swimmers without a club cap into the correct club album. If you need to combine favourites from both albums to use a package, let me know and I’ll be able to sort it for you.

How to order your photos
Click the heart on all of your favourite photos. You can then choose which of your favourite photos you would like to buy.
Go to the ‘Print Store’.
Choose your package.
Click ‘All Photos’ and scroll down the menu to ‘My Favourites’.
Select the photos that you want.
Click Done and proceed to check out.
Digital Downloads
Please don’t screenshot the watermarked images. I don’t charge anything to photograph a swimming meet, so I rely on photo sales to run my business. Photo sales also enable me to keep my prices as affordable as possible for everyone. All digital images are high-resolution and delivered straight to your inbox as soon as payment is received.
You'll receive an email with a ‘Download Photos’ button. Just click it, then follow the link on the next screen to download your images instantly — perfect for printing, sharing, or keeping as digital memories.
The download link is valid for 7 days, but don’t worry — if it expires, I’m happy to resend it.

How to add your photos to a package
Click on the heart icon to favourite each photo. You can then select your favourites and add them to a package. There’s a video on my website here that shows you how to do it.

Canvases & posters
The photographic lab is also able to create canvases and posters of your photos, producing sharper images, more accurate colours, and better tonal graduation than what you are able to get on the high street. If print quality, longevity, and presentation matter to you, then have a look at the various options available.
Commercial Club Packages
Commercial packages grant your club the legal rights to use imagery for official branding, social media marketing, and physical promotion. It is the purchasing club’s responsibility to ensure that any swimmer appearing in a commercial image gives permission for commercial use.

I don’t charge anything to attend a swimming meet - my business is run entirely on photo sales.
No Screenshots: Unauthorized screen captures are a breach of UK Copyright Law. Previews are provided for viewing only. I’ve kept prices as low as possible to make it easier for parents to purchase professional quality action photos and enjoy these special moments of their child’s achievements for years to come, as well as being able to provide this service for you. Photo sales help to pay for insurance, online gallery hosting, equipment maintenance and replacement, and editing software.
Personal Use Only: These images are for your own enjoyment. They cannot be used for business promotion or entered into any competitions.
Commercial Use: I have included two commercial image packages for clubs wanting to use my photos for their own marketing and promotion.

How to order photos
I recommend that you favourite your photos as you go through the album.
How to add your favourites to a package.
Click the heart on a photo to favourite it. It will make it easier for you to add them to a package later.
2. When you have chosen your favourites, click the PRINT STORE text or shop icon at the top of the screen.
3. Choose the package that you want and add it to your cart.
4. Click SELECT PHOTO
5. In the top left corner of the screen, click on the ALL PHOTOS dropdown menu and change it to MY FAVOURITES. You’ll then be able to add one of your favourite photos to the package.
