You'll receive an email with a ‘Download Photos’ button. Just click it, then follow the link on the next screen to download your images instantly — perfect for printing, sharing, or keeping as digital memories.

The download link is valid for 7 days, but don’t worry — if it expires, I’m happy to resend it.

Lost your photos? Don’t worry – they can be recovered!

Life gets busy, and it’s easy to misplace a download link or accidentally delete a file. The good news is, your photos aren't gone for good.

I keep a secure backup of all images after the event, so if you lose your photos or the download link expires, just let me know – I can resend them to you quickly and safely.

Keeping digital backups also means your memories are protected in case your device fails or files get lost.

It’s always a good idea to save your photos in multiple places (like a USB, cloud storage, or external hard drive), but rest assured, I’m here to help if anything goes missing!

Prints

There’s something special about seeing your favourite moments in print.

A printed photo can be a lasting keepsake – perfect for framing, gifting, or displaying at home.

All print orders are handled by an award-winning professional photographic lab to ensure top-quality results. Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are usually printed and dispatched the same day.

Canvases & posters

The photographic lab is also able to create canvases and posters of your photos, producing sharper images, more accurate colours, and better tonal graduation than what you are able to get on the high street. Commercial Club Packages

Commercial packages grant your club the legal rights to use imagery for official branding, social media marketing, and physical promotion. It is the purchasing club’s responsibility to ensure that any swimmer appearing in a commercial image gives permission for commercial use.

I don’t charge anything to attend a swimming meet - my business is run entirely on photo sales.

No Screenshots: Unauthorized screen captures are a breach of UK Copyright Law. Previews are provided for viewing only. I’ve kept prices as low as possible to make it easier for parents to purchase professional quality action photos and enjoy these special moments of their child’s achievements for years to come, as well as being able to provide this service for you. Photo sales help to pay for insurance, online gallery hosting, equipment maintenance and replacement, and editing software.

Personal Use Only: These images are for your own enjoyment. They cannot be used for business promotion or entered into any competitions.

Commercial Use: I have included two commercial image packages for clubs wanting to use my photos for their own marketing and promotion.
